Here’s to a Healthy New Year
What are your New Year Resolutions?
At BoTree we think 2020 should be a year for prioritising health and quality of food. We recommend moving away from strict diet plans and unattainable weight goals and towards a good and healthy relationship with food. Not only do we encourage healthy eating, but also the importance of learning more about the quality of your food: where does it come from and how is it produced?
If you’re into cooking, you need to be into using good ingredients. We promote using organic and non-GMO products. At BoTree all our seasoning is 100% organic and ethically produced. Always check the labels, always buy ethically and always choose organic.
We have selected some of our favourite healthy winter recipes to warm you up, suiting everyone from meat-lovers, vegetarians to those struggling through veganuary.
